Key Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to potential customers - As a tellecaller, you will be responsible for making calls to prospective customers to generate leads or promote products/services.
2. Explain products or services to customers - You will need to provide accurate and detailed information about the company's offerings to potential customers.
3. Maintain call records and update database - Keeping track of calls made, customer feedback, and updating the database with relevant information is essential for future reference.
4. Follow up with customers via phone or email - Following up with customers to answer queries or provide additional information can help in converting leads into sales.
Required Skills and Expectations:
- Excellent communication skills - Strong verbal communication skills are crucial for effectively conveying information to customers.
- Good listening skills - Being able to listen actively to customers' needs and concerns is important in addressing their queries.
- Basic computer knowledge - Familiarity with using computers for updating databases and sending emails is required.
